1.Formation of teams and presentation of challenge, different steps and road book.

2. Organisation of the workshop challenge.

3.  Results and prize ceremony.

 

Workshop 1: Blind tasting of specialities served with breadsticks

Workshop 2: Objects of Provence identification

Workshop 3: Blind tasting of jams and marmalades

Workshop 4: Recognising aromatic plants

Workshop 5: Blind tasting of  flower syrups served with mineral water

Workshop 6: Quiz on Provencal gastronomy

Duration : About 20 minutes per workshop, 2 hours for the challenge
