 1. Aperitif in Provence

 

 

Illustrated Presentation with a typical aperitif

 

Optional extra: a jar of tapenade for each participant

 

 

Details of the session

1.       Presentation and explanations about olive tree and its products, Rosé wines of Provence.

2.       Tasting of a complete and typical aperitif including:

-          Black olive tapenade, dried tomatoes caviar and anchovy cream served with breadsticks.

-          Pissaladière - Onions pie with olives

-          Mineral water

-          Red poppy syrup

-          Rosé wine Côtes de Provence

3.       Comments on the use of this products in cookery.

Duration: Approximately 45 minutes

For groups of 10–40 people, a constant price, including all taxes. For groups of 41+ people, a price per person, including all taxes.

  1. Presentation and explanations about almond trees and orange trees in the French Riviera and their products
  2. Tasting of a complete gourmet coffee including:

-          Coffee, Tea, sugar and cream

-          Mineral water

-          Red poppy syrup

-          Orange juice & Coca-Cola Light

-          Navettes: biscuits with orange-blossom water

-          Gingerbread with orange peels

-          Nougat with almonds

-          Calissons: Marzipan sweets with melon and orange peels
