Cooking Challenges : Prepare Fruit & Flowers Nibbles
After a presentation of the Provencal gastronomy and the role of fruit and flowers in the elaboration of recipes. Your collaborators will create their own snacks with surprising flavors, through the preparation of 2 to 4 sweet recipes with flowers. This challenge, carried out as a team, allows professional relationships to reinforce, but also to highlight talents and spirit of competition ! Tiramisu with raspberries and violets, peaches and rose Charlotte or Belle-Hélène pear revisited with mimosa are concocted with our supervision and Provencal anecdotes. During this challenge, quizzes on the art of living in Provence allow participants to win additional ingredients. At the end of the workshop, teams present their snacks which will be tasted and commented in a pleasant collective mood !
This cooking challenge can be organized indoor or outdoor. This setup does not require access to water or electricity.
Fruit & Flowers challenge is designed for groups from 10 to 300 people.
This cooking challenge lasts between 1h and 2h30 for the making of 2 to 4 successive recipes, depending on the schedule of the group.
All sanitary rules are respected. All the material is included. Please note that a beverage service is offered as an option to accompany the tasting.
