Our olive oil bar activity is above all a discovery of the richness of the emblematic olive tree of the Mediterranean. During this workshop, participants taste no less than 6 different extra virgin olive oils: AOP olive oil from Nice with a light almond taste, olive oil from the Alpilles with a green fruity taste, lightly spiced olive oil from Haute-Provence, olive oil with basil, olive oil with lemon and olive oil with black truffle. The guided tasting continues with two varieties of olives: the Caillette, a small olive from the Côte d’Azur and the Picholine, a large green olive from the Pays d’Aix-en-Provence. While enjoying this taster, we share our anecdotes and culinary advice to best exploit the different flavors and virtues of the olive.
This tasting can be organized indoor or outdoor. This setup does not require access to water or electricity.
The Olive oil bar tasting is designed for groups from 10 to 1000 people.
The Olive Oil Bar tasting is flexible and can last 1 hour, an afternoon, a day or an evening. It can be paired up with any other activity.
This tasting can be done on a table or a typical market stall. All the sanitary rules are respected. All the material is included. This workshop is adapted to vegetarian and vegan diets.
