Guided Tasting Sessions : Flowers in gastronomy

This is one of our most gourmet activity for people with a sweet tooth ! The tasting of flowers in the gastronomy will surprise your employees or your guests. After sharing our secrets on the traditional use of flowers in the Pays de Grasse and more widely in Provence, we offer to taste a variety of flowers. We offer 5 flower syrups to test (for example rose, poppy, mimosa, lavender, violet), 2 flower chutneys on toast (rose and jasmine) and 2 crystallized flowers to chew on (rose petals and violet flowers). Gathered around this activity full of little treats, your employees play the game of discovery, and take time to get to know each other better. A real plus to facilitate relations between guests !

This activity can be organized indoor or outdoor. This setup does not require access to water or electricity.

The Flowers in Gastronomy tasting is planned for groups from 10 to 1000 people.

The tasting is flexible and can last 1 hour, or open for an afternoon, a day or during an evening. It can be paired up with a Provencal snack or any other activity.

This tasting can be done on a table or a typical market stall. All the sanitary rules are respected. All the material is included.
