Are you looking for an original idea to surprise your teams during your workshop, your company parties or your team building ? Try our sweet tooth workshop with honey and honey plants. There is a great diversity of Provencal honeys depending on the location of harvest, from the seaside to the mountains. As hosts of your event, we will give a detailed presentation of this local production, followed by a comparative tasting of 5 typical honeys of Provence: for example, lavender, rosemary, thyme, mountain and chestnut honey. Each plant at the origin of these flavors is presented in pots or bouquets to the participants. The activity ends with a tasting of Provencal honey specialties such as white nougat, black nougat and orange peel gingerbread.
This activity can be organized indoor or outdoor. This setup does not require access to water or electricity.
The Honey tasting is planned for groups from 10 to 1000 people.
This tasting is flexible and can last 1 hour, an afternoon, a day or during an evening. It can be paired up with a Provencal snack or any other activity.
This tasting can be done on a table or a typical market stall. All the sanitary rules are respected. All the material is included.
