Picnics and Refreshments : Emblematic Nice aperitif
Leave a good impression of your corporate event with our warm and commented tasting of the Niçois aperitif. While some of your employees or customers enjoy our black tapenade, dried tomatoes and anchovy cream accompanied by breadsticks and small raw vegetables/crudités, others enjoy our pissaladière and our small Niçoise olives. All served with an excellent rosé wine from Provence. We reserve a warm and personalized welcome for all participants with a little word of welcome, labels with the name of each recipe as well as a presentation of the specialties prepared with our fun facts about the Provencal terroir.
The emblematic Nice aperitif can be organized indoor or outdoor. This setup does not require access to water or electricity.
This aperitif is designed for groups from 10 to 1000 people.
The tasting of the Niçois aperitif can last between 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the format : for example, for a break during a rally or during a petanque tournament.
All sanitary rules are respected. All the material is included. A VIP welcome with standing tables and champagne is possible.
