This delicious cooking challenge starts with a presentation of Provencal gastronomy followed by the making of teams. Because, beyond the conviviality and the team spirit in this seminar activity, the desire to win is very present ! To make your own Niçois lunch, participants must concoct 3 to 4 typical Provencal recipes: for example, a tapenade, a Niçoise salad or a pistou soup and goat’s cheese verrines. During the cooking challenge, quizzes on the art of living in Provence allow participants to win additional ingredients for their team. We conduct your activity with a positive spirit, anecdotes, culinary advice, meticulous presentation tray set up for the best to win. Finally, each group presents and discusses its Niçois lunch before tasting it on site with desserts and drinks provided by Dimension Sud.
This cooking challenge can be organized indoor or outdoor. This setup does not require access to water or electricity.
The typical Niçois lunch challenge is designed for groups from 10 to 300 people.
This cooking challenge lasts between 1 to 2 hours for the cooking workshops, to which is added the duration of the meal.
