Cooking Challenges : Prepare a typical Provencal aperitif
A gourmet challenge to strengthen the cohesion of your teams or to thank your customers, how about that? The preparation of a Provencal aperitif is an activity during which your guests prepare 2 to 4 typical recipes of Provence. We give a presentation of each recipe at the beginning of the challenge: goat’s cheese verrines, basil verrines, tapenade and anchovy cream are on the program. During the workshop, quizzes on the art of living in Provence allow participants to win additional ingredients for their team. Each team presents its creations, and the aperitif is tasted on the spot or later according to the team building schedule. A very friendly activity that allows the participant to "break the ice" and strengthen relationships !
This cooking challenge can be organized indoor or outdoor. This setup does not require access to water or electricity.
The typical Provencal aperitif challenge is designed for groups from 10 to 300 people.
This cooking challenge lasts between 1h and 2h30 for the making of 2 to 4 successive recipes, depending on the schedule of the group.
All sanitary rules are respected. All the material is included. Please note that a beverage service is offered as an option to accompany the tasting.
